Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw also known by her stage name Elizabeth Alice MacGraw has been a model, actor and advocate for animal rights in the United States. Ali MacGraw is famous for films such as Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. The desire to become an artist was inspired by her upbringing in a New York family of artists. At first she was employed as an assistant in photography. Then she shifted her focus towards modeling and directing. The actress was awarded an award called the Golden Globe Award in 1990 because she was a promising actress. MacGraw was a household name following the success of her 1970 film Love Story. She was considered for nomination to one of the Academy Award and won a Golden Globe. Within just three short films MacGraw became the most popular female box office actress across the globe. In 1972 her hand-footprints and autograph were engraved at Grauman's Chinese Theater. Also, she appeared in The Getaway Convoy Players TV Miniseries The Winds of War, and other films. Her autobiography, published in 1991 Moving Pictures came out. MacGraw married three people.
