Ina-Garten
Ina Garden is a famous American cookbook author who has received Emmy awards. She hosts the most popular Food Network show Barefoot Contessa. The series began in 2002. The show will run for 27 more seasons. Ina Garten started her career as a journalist at the White House where she wrote nuclear energy policies and budget documents. She initially found her career interesting and stimulating however she soon lost interest, and opened a grocery store that was named Barefoot Contessa. It was a huge success for 18 years before she made the decision to close it. Then she began writing her first cookbook. Many magazines and cookbooks were later published. In the meantime she also had her own Food Network show was also an enormous success. She also sells all kinds of cooking equipment, items and even containers. Ina did not go to a cooking academy and has never worked in restaurants. Ina is completely self-taught. She's known for her easygoing way of making food and hosting. Her most well-known recipes include Skillet-Roasted Lemon Chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac and Cheese Beef Bourguignon Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Lemon Bars.
