Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox, born 25th December 1954 was born in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson, and Thomas Allison Lennox were her parents. Lennox was admitted to the Royal Academy of Music in London in the 1970s where she learned the flute piano as well as the harpsichord for a period of three years. Lennox grew up on a school allowance and part-time job for a way to increase her earnings. Lennox when she was in the Royal Academy of Music in London, was not happy with her performance compared to that of her classmates. Then she began to consider alternative options. Lennox was first introduced to the world of music in 1976 when she was a member in the band Dragons Playground. The band broke up shortly just before their appearance as a guest on I.T.V's the talent program New Faces. She was the vocalist in The Tourists a British pop group from 1977 until the year 1980. She got to know Dave Stewart, with whom they would create the pop duo Eurythmics. After that, Lennox started working on her solo first album Diva that was launched in 1992. Commercially and critically it was a massive hit. Nostalgia Lennox's sixth solo album was released in November of 2014. The C.D. The C.D. is comprised of Lennox's favourite soul, jazz and blues songs of her childhood. Also, in May of 2019, Lennox came out with Lepidoptera the collection comprising four tracks improvised by piano. The E.P. will be a part of her artwork at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art called"Now I'm Giving You Go... This is her first album released independently. Annie Lennox born December 25 1954 is an Scottish politician, philanthropist and musician and singer. In the late 70s, she became famous as members of The Tourists. She and Dave Stewart then gained international recognition as Eurythmics. The year 1992 was the year Lennox started her own solo career by releasing Her debut studio album Diva with a variety of successful tracks, including Why and Walking On Broken Glass. Medusa is her album of studio work from 1995. It features cover versions of some songs, including"No MoreI love Yous and The Whiter Shade of Pale. Six solo studio albums together with a compilation album can be found on her discography.
