Annmarie Fairweather has been the HR Chief for Learning Ally since 2008. She oversees all our practices for Human Resources, People Management along with Talent Management and the development of culture. Annmarie Fairweather, a highly experienced Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of knowledge on the table. She's worked alongside leaders from all sectors, helping them to improve their business, in particular during times of rapid growth. Her work as a partner in translating business and human strategies into strategic goals for organizations and plans has been a part of organizational and performance planning along with employee engagement as well as changes in management. She believes that education is the primary aspect of leadership. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize companies, building leadership and coaches with demonstrated success. This experience helped create an environment that embodies innovative learning practices and the ability to change. Annmarie, who has a commitment to helping Learning Ally in its mission, also devotes her free time in providing assistance to different non-profit organizations. As a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie is committing her time and talents to assisting Learning Ally's mission.
